Whether you’re dealing with muscle pain, tension, or structural issues, or general stress and tension, each massage session is focused on what you need – not just following a routine. This way you get the most out of your massage treatment.
Two Key Principles
Andrew has found over the years that there are two key principles to help get the best results possible. When it is appropriate, these two approaches combined, offer clients a way to maximise their health – one supporting the other:
When you don’t want another generic massage: you want a really good, proper and focused massage, responding to what your body needs now. A session that works on what actually needs attention and begins to address the deeper causes.
I take the time to understand what’s really going on with your health, using all of my experience and expertise to support your healing. I will do my very best to help you to be as healthy as you can be, encourage your healing and enjoy a higher level of wellbeing.
You can reach out via the contact form or book a consultation—whatever feels right for you. I’d love to help you take the next step towards your better health and healing.
Value short term relief, understanding that real change takes consistency.
Look beyond the symptoms and address underlying causes of pain or dysfunction.
Are willing to invest in their health, and prioritise regular massage as part of that commitment.
Put in time, effort and energy to help maintain a healthy & balanced musculoskeletal system
Andrew has a Bachelor of Medical Science with Division One honors from Sydney University and Naturopathic & Homoeopathic qualifications form the NSW College of Natural Therapies and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He regularly travels internationally to study with some of world’s most well-known homoeopaths as well as regularly attends health and nutritional seminars that introduce the latest scientific breakthroughs in natural health care.
I have had 3 rescue dogs in my life, Bruce Ivy and Eva. Care and respect for animals is very important to me.
Homoeopathic studies take me to India & I’ve developed a love for their culture. Working with food and nutrition, I love cooking Indian food (especially Bengali)!
Swimming regularly, used to compete, as well as coach. Practise Yoga & enjoy walking to the local markets, seeing the seasonal fruits and vegetables. It keeps me in touch with the land somehow, something easily lost living in a city!
My passion is the violin and I play in a local orchestra, Balmain Sinfonia. My uncle is a violinist in Germany and Dad always thought I’d like to play. He was right! I have been so lucky to have had wonderful teachers – Judy Powell-Thomas, Leone Zeigler & Shuti Hwang and Mrs Mortiz when I was at school. I’m now focusing on 18th C music and learning Baroque violin from Rafael Font.
