There are many legitimate reasons why an appointment cannot be kept and we understand this. If you are unable to make your appointment, please give the centre 24 hrs. notice. If for some reason you give less than 24 hrs. notice, we will do our very best to fill your appointment, but if it cannot be filled by someone else, a cancellation fee will be charged of the amount of your consultation. We’re sure you can appreciate the need for such a policy given the high level of overheads as well as our wish to provide appointments to those in need.
